Mr. Cameron C. Walden
Executive Director
With 13 years of experience in early childhood education and leadership, Mr. Walden has served Manifestations Worldwide, Inc. for 13 years, where his passion for impacting the lives of children, creativity, and dynamic skill set have led him to hold several key administrative roles. Driven by his studies in Psychology, strong business acumen, and a deep commitment to serving underserved children, he became the Executive Director in 2018 after obtaining his National Director’s Credential. Under Mr. Walden's leadership, Manifestations Early Childcare Center has seen significant growth, expanding from a single location to five thriving childcare centers across Hillsborough County. His strategic vision has enhanced the organization's outreach, community presence, and overall impact. In addition to overseeing the centers, Mr. Walden is currently working on a children's book, aiming to promote early literacy and instill a love for reading in young learners. As a pioneer in early childhood education, he is dedicated to leading Manifestations Early Childcare Center in its mission to create lasting, positive change for children and families in the community.
Mrs. Tonia. Goss
Director Of Oprations & Contract Managment
Tonia Goss is an accomplished Childcare Operations Director with over 30 years of experience in early childhood education and program management. She has a passion for creating nurturing and stimulating environments for young children and oversees multiple childcare facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance. In her previous roles, Tonia has demonstrated strong skills in implementing innovative educational programs that support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development. Her expertise in strategic planning, budget management, and staff training has led teams to achieve operational excellence and high-quality care standards. She holds a Childcare Development Associate Credential and a Level II Director’s Credential and is certified in CPR/First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens. Committed to continuous professional development, she stays engaged with the latest best practices in childcare and education. As a collaborative leader, Tonia builds strong relationships with families and staff to create a supportive and enriching environment for children, believing every child deserves a strong foundation for lifelong learning. In her spare time, she enjoys cruising, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
Ms. Debra. Limehouse
Director Of Oprations & Employee Develoment
As a dedicated Operations and Employee Development Director, I bring years of experience in optimizing organizational processes and fostering a culture of continuous learning. Currently completing my Bachelor’s in Management & Organizational Leadership from St. Petersburg College, I have developed a strong foundation in project management, strategic planning, and human resource management. Throughout my career, I have led cross-functional teams, and implemented innovative training and performance management strategies that enhance engagement and productivity. My goal is to spearhead initiatives that boost operational efficiency, improve employee retention, and establish a successful mentorship program. I am committed to aligning operational strategies with business goals, empowering team members to excel, and creating a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. In my personal time, I enjoy watching movies, playing racquetball, spending time with family, and journaling. I am eager to continue driving operational excellence and employee development to build a dynamic and resilient organization.

Executive Administerative Assistant
Antonisha Joyner is an accomplished Administrative Assistant and Enrollment Specialist with a passion for optimizing executive workflows and enhancing organizational efficiency. With over 7 years of experience in business management and 5 years in childcare, she excels at managing complex schedules, coordinating high-stakes meetings, and ensuring smooth operations for the Executive Director at Manifestations Early Childcare Center. As an Enrollment Specialist, she builds supportive relationships with families, manages child enrollment processes, and maintains essential documentation. Her core values include strong organizational skills, clear communication, reliability, and a proactive attitude. As a former teen mom who graduated high school in 2012 and earned an associate’s degree in business management in 2017, Antonisha brings a unique perspective, drawing inspiration from her own journey to motivate other young parents to persist in achieving their goals. Influenced by her mother’s work in childcare, she earned her CDA and National Director’s Credentials, and she continues to grow in the field. Outside of her professional role, she is committed to inspiring teen moms by demonstrating that early challenges do not define their future. Guided by faith, Antonisha embraces her ongoing journey with a deep sense of purpose and a belief in lifelong learning and self-improvement.

I am an experienced and passionate Childcare Director with over 30 years in early childcare, holding a National Childcare Development Associate Credential, a Director Credential, and certification in First Aid/CPR. At Manifestations Early Childcare Center, I focus on supporting each child's development by ensuring staff implement age-appropriate curricula and fostering positive relationships with both staff and families. I am committed to promoting learning through play and exploration and am particularly dedicated to empowering teen parents on their unique journeys. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, cruising, and yard sales. I am excited to lead Manifestations Early Childcare Center in its mission to provide exceptional care and education, helping young children thrive and reach their full potential.
Ms. Valrie Johnson
Campus Director: Plant City
With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, I am deeply passionate about fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. My career began in the Hillsborough County Public School System, where I specialized in early childhood and special education (K-12). I hold an Associate’s Degree, a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from Argosy University. Additionally, I have completed extensive professional development, earning my CDA and Director’s Credential. As the Director of a private early childhood education center, I am committed to providing high-quality care and education, ensuring every child receives the support and resources needed to reach their full potential. I focus on building strong partnerships with families, staff, and the community to create a positive, inclusive learning environment. My goal is to be remembered as someone who finds joy in witnessing each child’s progress and growth, celebrating their achievements as success stories regardless of their age or developmental stage.
