"One hundred years from now, it will not matter what my bank account was, the sort of house I lived in, or the kind of car I drove, but the world may be different because I was important in the life of a child."

ENVIRONMENT:

Age Appropriate Park

Manifestations Early Child Care Center recognizes the importance of physical activity in the educational experience of our students. Our state of the art, developmentally inspired, and expertly designed outdoor parks provide each age group the opportunities to learn team building, cooperation, and enhance their skills. Our parks were specifically designed to motivate the exploration of each age group as they mature to their next developmental stage.

The Green Space

With the technological advancements of the recent decades, fewer youths have the opportunity or desire to slow down and observe the intricacies of nature. We utilize our green spaces to have family events, class picnics, and explore agriculture. Our community garden teaches our students about the process of life and to care for the environment. They have the opportunity to cultivate, harvest, and take home the fruits and vegetables of their labor. Our garden not only teaches hard work and patience, but it gives them the confidence to build a sustainable lifestyle.

Not only do we inspire green living, but we provide our students the opportunity to learn responsibility and compassion by interacting with our campus animals. Our campus is home to Fendi, our pot belly pig; The Geese, Grace and Mercy; and our in house Sun Conure Parrot Yeshua. We encourage our students to value and express love for all life forms.

Game Room

Children thrive when presented with occasions to expand their skills. Our recreation center is designed to provide our students with a variety of options for growth in every developmental domain under the umbrella of FUN. Colorful, interactive, energetic, and challenging activities make learning an adventure that's easily facilitated by well trained staff.

Libraries Spaces

Because literacy is essential for learning and higher education, Manifestations Early Child Care Center is a proud participant in the Early Literacy Matters Program (ELM). Each classroom is equipped with an age appropriate library that is updated monthly to combat boredom and redundancy. Each book is purposefully selected to peak the interest and ignite a flame in the heart of each scholar for reading. Reading is a foundational skill that will equip our scholars for their future and impact on the world.

Manifestations Early Child Care Center is a division of Manifestations Worldwide, Inc., an organization that is taking the gospel of Jesus Christ across the globe and serving  children and families in 5 nations and 3 continents. As a faith based child care center, we are privileged to assist our students with developing a foundation for a relationship with  the Lord. Our weekly chapel services include scripture reading, bible stories, worship      songs, and praise dances that encourage the students to enjoy the presence of God.

PROGRAMS:

Early Head Start

Early Head Start provides high-quality education and support services to families with children ages 0-3. The program provides free year-round services to promote education, self-sufficiency, community-building, and overall well-being. Early intervention is proven

to have positive long-term effects, and we believe it is our duty to ensure that every child can succeed.

VPK

Voluntary Prekindergarten or VPK is a free prekindergarten program for 4 and 5-year-olds that gives children a jump start by preparing them for school and enhancing their pre-reading, pre-math, language and social skills. Developing these skills makes students strong readers at an early age and more likely to be successful in school. VPK classrooms offer high-quality programs that include high literacy standards, developmentally appropriate curricula, manageable class sizes, and qualified teachers.

  • VPK Extended Care

    • In our efforts to comprehensively improve the opportunities of our students, assist our families, and be a continual resource in our community, we have implemented a VPK Extended Care program. Though the VPK program is a half day, Manifestations Early Child Care's extended care provides educational opportunities, nutritious meals, and care for our students from 12pm-6pm at an affordable rate.

School Readiness

The first five years of a child's life are critical to their lifelong development. A young child's earliest experiences and environments, at home, at school, and in the community, set the stage for their future development and school and life success. The School Readiness Program can help working parents with the cost of child care (frequently called a child care subsidy). These services include extended-day, extended-year, and school age care for children to support parents in becoming financially self-sufficient.

Teen Parent Program

Becoming a parent at an early age exponentially increases the likelihood of the parent and child living in poverty. Our program assists the teen with transportation to and from school (in limited locations), child care, and nutritious meals or assistance with formula while the teen is attending class. The ability to continue their education is a step for the parent towards self sufficiency, self confidence, self esteem, and improved economic status.

Recreation Program

Many parents don't have the luxury of having a caregiver to transport and care for their children until they arrive home from work. Formerly known as the after school program, our recreation program provides school aged children the opportunity to have a safe and structured environment to complete their homework, engage their peers, learn new skills, improve old skills, and create community. We provide a

snack and nurturing environment for them at a very affordable rate. When the public schools are closed, we also provide a full day program.

Summer Program

  • The Summer Program is an extension of the Recreation Program, with all the fun and educational opportunities we offer during the school year with the added benefit of field trips, on campus events, and our creatively designed socially developmental construct.

Food Program - CCFP child care food program reports directly to the state

istockphoto-1031380420-612x612.jpg

Assisting the most vulnerable and underserved communities remains at the heart of Manifestations Early Child Care Center. We are fortunate to partner with the State of Florida Child Care Food Program to provide hot and balanced meals to our students. Nutrition plays a vital role in a child's ability to concentrate on the task of learning, therefore, the meals served on  our campuses meet the recommendations of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA).
